Three info sessions were held to present the project “Newborn” of Today in the WB Region, organized by KRCT and CPHF, supported by the RCC and funded by the European Union.
These sessions were attended by tour guides, ethnologists, sculptors, and representatives from national and local institutions, students and other members of the cultural heritage sector.
In these sessions it was resented to the participants the project: New Born of Today in the WB Region, including objectives and activities that will be realized by the end of the project implementation.
The sessions were facilitated by Muamer Hasani who initially presented the history of the region of Pristina, including the story presented to tourists visiting Kosovo and in our case the region of Pristina.
The sessions continued with the presentation of the advantages that Kosovar guides possess, which were few compared to the disadvantages they face.
Participants were very involved in this session sharing their personal experiences with tourists.
This project was greatly welcomed by the participants whereby they expressed their willingness to cooperate in order to begin work towards improving the tourism sector in Kosovo and especially in Pristina region which currently lags behind in many aspects.
